Director of Services
Job Summary
As a hands-on player-coach, the full-time remote Director of Services will own the strategy and growth of the Services organization, leading implementation, enablement, and advisory efforts to drive customer success and value from AI solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the vision and operating model for the Services organization across implementation, enablement, and advisory
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team while engaging directly in customer-facing conversations
- Up-level implementation into consultative onboarding and build out enablement with structured training methodologies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in professional services or customer success leadership within a SaaS or enterprise software company
- Fluency in AI concepts and experience guiding customers through AI adoption
- Proven ability to evaluate service offerings, define pricing, and grow Services as a revenue-relevant motion
- Experience leading teams through restructuring or organizational changes
- Strong customer-facing instincts with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
