Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of National Shopper & Channel Marketing to drive shopper marketing initiatives and strategic retailer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning and development of in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel marketing strategy for food service and on-premise accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key retailers and food service accounts to drive growth initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods, particularly in shopper or channel marketing
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Deep understanding of the retail landscape and in-store activation strategies
  • Experience with vendor management, costing, and negotiation
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, with experience in team collaboration tools
