Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to lead and scale its software engineering division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Software Engineering teams, setting goals and fostering collaboration
- Oversee the software development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Mentor engineering talent and promote continuous learning within the team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience leading Software Engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS company
- Expertise in PHP, React, and Python
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Previous experience working with a fully remote team
