Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on expanding strategic accounts
- Leverage CRM data to forecast sales activity and drive pipeline management
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align revenue strategy with company objectives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B/Enterprise software sales experience, particularly in SaaS marketing technology
- 5+ years of SaaS sales management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Passion for contributing to a growing team and making a difference for clients
