Key Responsibilities
- Provide CFO-level partnership to various teams, leading budgeting and strategic planning
- Track key performance indicators and financial metrics, delivering actionable insights
- Build and manage a high-performing Strategic Finance team, implementing process enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in financial planning and analysis or strategic finance
- At least 4 years of management experience with high-performing teams
- 2+ years of operational finance experience in a high-growth environment
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Consulting or banking background preferred but not required
