Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Support to lead post-sales services and support for clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction through managers and senior staff
  • Manage customer retention efforts and resolve customer concerns
  • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for service delivery improvements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in direct people management
  • Knowledgeable in AI/Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and DevOps
  • Advanced understanding of customer service management principles
