Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Technical Support to lead post-sales services and support for clients in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction through managers and senior staff
- Manage customer retention efforts and resolve customer concerns
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for service delivery improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 10 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years in direct people management
- Knowledgeable in AI/Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and DevOps
- Advanced understanding of customer service management principles
