Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Telesales Training Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive sales training strategy for new agent onboarding and ongoing development
- Lead a team of curriculum and training delivery professionals, providing guidance and support
- Monitor and measure training effectiveness against tactical KPIs and coordinate training resource planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of high-volume, job-specific/skill-based training and development experience
- 2+ years of virtual/e-learning training and content delivery experience
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) preferred
- 5+ years of Medicare experience preferred
