Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Telesales Training Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive sales training strategy for new agent onboarding and ongoing development
- Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance and support
- Monitor and measure training effectiveness against tactical KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of high-volume training and development experience
- 2+ years of virtual/e-learning training experience
- Certification in training and development preferred
- 5+ years of Medicare experience preferred
