Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sales execution guides for marketing campaigns
• Manage internal and external sales incentives and monitor their effectiveness
• Coordinate out-of-home advertising efforts and optimize campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail execution, or related field sales
• Experience managing internal and external sales incentive programs
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management and coordinating advertising efforts
