Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Underwriting - Small/Non-Fleet Truck.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of the underwriting process for a specific product line
- Develop and execute a marketing plan targeting new brokers and industry functions
- Analyze, evaluate, accept, decline, rate, quote, and bind new or renewal submissions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field
- 8 or more years of experience in a similar field or position
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in managing and developing underwriting staff
- Proficiency in using software for data analysis
