Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of University Growth and Partnerships to drive business development and expand university partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a business development strategy for the University Impact vertical
Secure new university partnerships and expand existing programs to meet sales quotas
Leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions and collaborate across teams

Required Qualifications:

10 years of management/leadership experience in business development/sales, preferably in higher education
Proven track record in sales and business development within the higher education sector
Experience in building and designing sales programs from scratch
Formal team management experience with performance management principles
Bachelor's Degree required
