Director of Visual Interpreting
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Visual Interpreting to oversee the Visual Interpreting team and enhance support for blind and low vision users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Visual Interpreting team to achieve organizational goals
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, training, and performance management
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in a call center or operations environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet performance goals
- Experience as a direct supervisor or leader of people
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
