Director of Warehousing Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Director of Warehousing Operations will champion safety initiatives, oversee warehouse operations, and drive continuous improvement while managing client relationships and P&L responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion and operationalize the company's safety initiative, ensuring adherence to safety standards and conducting regular audits
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and optimizing inventory management
• Lead and develop site managers and warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance culture and driving employee engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 12+ years of progressive warehousing or distribution leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a director or senior management role
• Demonstrated experience managing public, multi-client, or 3PL warehouse operations strongly preferred
• Proven P&L ownership and track record of meeting financial and operational targets
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and WMS platforms
