Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Website Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team while fostering collaboration and innovation
- Design and implement website strategy in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee website accessibility, security, and performance metrics to enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
- A degree in computer science, systems engineering, marketing, or a related field; advanced management degree preferred
- 5 years of progressively responsible website management experience, with at least 3 years managing technical teams
- Advanced knowledge of UX principles, web content strategy, and SEO best practices
- Experience with Drupal CMS, HTML, CSS, and analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Certifications in web management, web design, digital content management, or SEO preferred
