Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Partner Growth for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to upsell existing partners, driving incremental revenue and maximizing monthly recurring revenue
- Identify opportunities for revenue expansion within the current partner base by understanding their needs and aligning them with the company's offerings
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of upsell initiatives and drive adoption of new features
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of sales and account management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth through upselling and expanding existing partner relationships
- Strong understanding of the brand and consumer goods industry, with a deep network of relevant contacts
- Experience with product launches and driving feature adoption among partners
