Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partner Growth for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to upsell existing partners, driving incremental revenue and maximizing monthly recurring revenue
  • Identify opportunities for revenue expansion within the current partner base by understanding their needs and aligning them with the company's offerings
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of upsell initiatives and drive adoption of new features

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of sales and account management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth through upselling and expanding existing partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of the brand and consumer goods industry, with a deep network of relevant contacts
  • Experience with product launches and driving feature adoption among partners
