Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales training programs
- Oversee onboarding and continuous development of sales executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training curriculum alignment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs in healthcare
- Strong process orientation and SFDC proficiency
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Master's degree and PBM experience are a plus
