Job Summary

A company is looking for a DFC Dispute Resolution Associate I to act as a liaison between the organization and customers to resolve consumer disputes related to loans and credit reporting issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address consumer and customer dispute inquiries, both regular and escalated
  • Conduct investigations and responses to complaints via inbound and outbound calls
  • Research and respond to inquiries regarding credit reporting and the dispute process

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in credit dispute resolution preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain relationships with Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs)
