Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Resolution/Audit Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling audit disputes and revisions from customers
• Analyzing audit dispute information and contacting relevant parties for resolution
• Assisting with mail, phone, and verified phone audit quality review

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years' experience as an audit reviewer or 2+ years as an auditor
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rules for multiple states
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and tax documents
• Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing, and email
• High-speed internet access
