District Manager Northern FL District

Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth store visits of each location in the district monthly to maintain exemplary hospitality and uphold company standards
• Train and develop Store Managers, create and execute plans to improve store performance, and analyze P&L results to maximize sales
• Coach Store Managers on HR/performance issues, hold them accountable for store operations, and develop a bench of high-performing leaders for succession planning

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of multi-unit retail experience with a passion for promoting cycling
• Willingness to travel, including monthly store visits, occasional overnight travel, and 1-2 trips to company HQ per year
• Excellent relationship building skills, exceptional organization, time management, and follow-up skills
• Located in or willing to relocate to the assigned district, with familiarity of the area preferred
