Job Summary
A company is looking for a Due Diligence Senior Analyst to perform due diligence of investment products and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct substantive due diligence of investment products and sponsors
- Prepare comprehensive written analysis and present findings to company committees
- Serve as a resource regarding due diligence matters and maintain knowledge of industry regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or related fields
- Working knowledge of federal securities laws
- FINRA licenses such as SIE, Series 7, or Series 24 are highly desired
- Relevant industry certifications demonstrating financial and regulatory expertise are ideal
