Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to support the sales team as an e-commerce and Order Management Systems subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to create value-based solutions for prospective customers
- Lead business and technical discovery during the sales cycles and conduct customer demos
- Gather customer feedback to inform product and engineering teams for roadmap initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience in eCommerce or Order Management
- Experience in a technical consulting, solutions, or engineering role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams
