EDM Product Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDM Product Engagement Manager to manage the implementation of the Employee Document Management application for Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle of the EDM Product implementation, including project planning and customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary client interface, providing functional insight and managing project delivery with blended teams
• Identify business requirements and create accurate deliverables to secure client agreement and facilitate knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

• Experience in implementing Workday or other ERP solutions in a consulting environment
• Full lifecycle project management experience from opportunity development to service management
• Commercial experience managing geographically distributed teams
• Demonstrable success in identifying opportunities for additional business
• Preferably Workday PM Certified or equivalent professional qualifications
