Job Summary
A company is looking for an Educational Content Operations Associate (B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Educational Content team, including preparing agendas and maintaining project documentation
- Administer the Learning Management System by publishing customer learning content and optimizing system workflows
- Leverage product knowledge to improve educational content and respond to customer support inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an Operations or Administrative role, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with software tools and systems, with a willingness to learn new platforms
- Experience with content development and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
