Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support HV Substation and BESS projects, the remote Electrical Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the contract duration.

Key responsibilities

• Support HV Substation and BESS projects with technical oversight
• Collaborate with project teams to meet design, construction, and commissioning standards
• Coordinate with utility companies, developers, and EPC contractors for project execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in US utility, developer, or EPC engineering roles
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical)
• Strong knowledge of HV Substation design and BESS project requirements
• Leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with UL, IEEE, NEC standards is preferred
