To support member enrollment and insurance verification, the remote Eligibility Coordinator will manage eligibility operations, resolve discrepancies, and enhance member experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform insurance verification and eligibility determinations across various health plans
  • Conduct member outreach regarding eligibility status and enrollment requirements
  • Support conversion initiatives by identifying and resolving barriers to enrollment
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, insurance verification, or customer support
  • Experience verifying insurance coverage and benefits
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
