Job Summary
To support member enrollment and insurance verification, the remote Eligibility Coordinator will manage eligibility operations, resolve discrepancies, and enhance member experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Perform insurance verification and eligibility determinations across various health plans
- Conduct member outreach regarding eligibility status and enrollment requirements
- Support conversion initiatives by identifying and resolving barriers to enrollment
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, insurance verification, or customer support
- Experience verifying insurance coverage and benefits
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
