Job Summary
A company is looking for an Elite Technical Support Engineer in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers to identify and resolve technical issues professionally and efficiently
- Taking ownership of customer issues, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams for solutions
- Mentoring team members, developing subject matter expertise, and leading process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years related experience
- Solid knowledge of REST API, SSL/TLS, IPv4, JSON, LDAP, and Proxies
- Experience with Linux, Virtualization, Cloud-based platforms, and DevOps deployments
- Support experience with IAM software preferred
