Job Summary
A company is looking for an Email Operations Associate to support customer communication strategies.

- Collaborate with engineering to manage email automations in HubSpot for timely communication
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective email delivery and provide design consultation as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing and automation, preferably with HubSpot
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and MJML for email development
- Solid understanding of email accessibility standards and deliverability best practices
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams
- Familiarity with email personalization tools and compliance regulations
