Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Care Emergency Services Specialist to join their Client Care Team in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve emergency situations and complaints from clients, tour managers, and vendors
  • Act as the voice of the company to customers, ensuring quality interactions
  • Document and track issues for future trend analysis

Required Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM management and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and manage conflict effectively
  • Spanish or French speaking skills are a plus
