Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Client Executive to manage large client benefit plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage policy activity and stewardship for assigned accounts
- Analyze claims data and ensure client compliance with relevant regulations
- Cultivate relationships with insurance partners and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Obtain and maintain state insurance license(s) as required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of insurance and/or benefits-related experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn insurance company and firm software systems
