Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure resolution of complex workplace issues
- Review and process leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of human resources experience, specifically in HR Compliance and Employee Relations
- 3+ years of leadership experience in managing teams or projects
- Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
- Strong knowledge of state and federal laws related to human resources functions
