Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure resolution of complex workplace issues
  • Review and process leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of human resources experience, specifically in HR Compliance and Employee Relations
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in managing teams or projects
  • Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal laws related to human resources functions
