A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (DevEx & Infra Tooling) position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple teams of engineers
Ensure process and product alignment across the team
Develop and grow the team through mentorship and feedback

Required Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience as a DevEx, Infrastructure, or Software Engineer
4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
Passionate about building infrastructure and developer experience
Strong technical foundation and experience working with AWS infrastructure
BS, MS in Computer Science or related field
