Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team on a pivotal Federal program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, overseeing planning and execution
- Provide technical leadership and support in an Agile environment
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software/web application development, focusing on microservices architecture
- 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong experience with Angular, GoLang, React, and AWS; Rails experience preferred
- Experience working with FHIR and HL7 formats
- Bachelor's degree required
