Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers while ensuring high-quality software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing their output and career development
- Support the team in making architectural decisions and collaborate with other engineering leaders
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features while continuously measuring team performance against OKRs
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience managing software engineering teams in SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of software engineering processes and high-quality code standards
- Familiarity with technologies such as Elixir, React, React Native, and AWS
- Experience in leading Agile sprint teams and driving improvements in project outcomes
- Ability to set clear goals and expectations for team performance
