Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 engineers across multiple pods
- Optimize engineering processes and resource allocation to enhance delivery
- Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing within and between teams to ensure project success
Required Qualifications
- Background in Software Engineering with hands-on technical experience
- Experience managing and developing a team of full-stack engineers
- Knowledge of mobile, frontend, and backend development in a modern environment
- Track record of delivery in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience managing distributed teams is highly desirable
