Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular feedback to team members, while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of industry best practices
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering
