Engineering Manager
Job Summary
To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an empowering environment, with a preference for candidates located in the eastern time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
- Provide career development support and performance feedback to direct reports
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
- Product-minded engineering experience across mobile, web, and backend systems
- Experience in both consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
