Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a talented team of engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee fullstack engineering efforts for product surfaces that support restaurant owners in launching and growing their businesses, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fullstack engineering teams focused on product development for restaurant owners
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and AI Agents teams to execute high-impact initiatives
• Define and evolve the architecture of an AI-augmented product surface while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a software engineering management role leading fullstack product engineering teams
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams across both frontend and backend development
• Strong product sense with the ability to balance speed, quality, and user impact
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and backend systems (e.g., Node.js)
• High degree of cross-functional collaboration with teams in product, design, and business
