To scale up development operations, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster a dynamic environment for career growth while working remotely or onsite in New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on both backend and frontend development
- Collaborate with Product to design, prioritize, and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
- Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing career development support
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong coding background
- Demonstrated technical excellence and knowledge of technology industry standards
- Experience with products spanning native mobile, web, and backend systems
- Familiarity with both consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
