Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on development using React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL
Manage a diverse team of software engineers and foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement
Own the product roadmap, gather requirements, and enforce quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing product-oriented engineering teams
4+ years of experience with UI technologies like TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Development experience with Java/Kotlin
4+ years of experience with SQL and database concepts
Experience with Next.js is a plus
