Engineering Manager, Data

Job Summary

To build and lead the AI Data Platform team, the full-time Engineering Manager, Data will manage a team of data engineers, own the technical direction of the platform, and ensure compliance with data quality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of data engineers, establishing processes and engineering culture
• Take full technical and operational ownership of the AI Data Platform, ensuring reliability and security
• Define and execute the technical roadmap, prioritizing work in alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering, including 2 years in an engineering management role
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, with proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms and modern data infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into engineering priorities
• BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience
