Engineering Manager, FedRamp
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, FedRamp.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and operations of a FedRAMP-compliant version of the SaaS product
- Partner with compliance teams to meet FedRAMP requirements, including security controls and audits
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on the initiative
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in building successful SaaS products
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
- Experience with Azure and interacting with Federal customers
- Proven experience leading teams in building and maintaining FedRAMP-compliant products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's preferred)
