Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to foster growth and excellence
  • Oversee daily activities to ensure efficient project development and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions for the loyalty program
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of experience supervising and directing teams
  • Experience with modern software engineering practices, including microservices and CI/CD
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes
