Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to foster growth and excellence
- Oversee daily activities to ensure efficient project development and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions for the loyalty program
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- 1 to 3 years of experience supervising and directing teams
- Experience with modern software engineering practices, including microservices and CI/CD
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes
