Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Ads Targeting Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Ads Targeting Modeling technical vision and products
• Own the execution of the team's roadmap, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Lead recruiting efforts to grow the Ads Targeting Modeling team and support career development for engineers

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting and growing an ML engineering team
• Proven track record of building and shipping large-scale end-to-end ML-based products
• Experience in machine learning, NLP, ranking, search engines, recommender systems, or knowledge graphs
• Experience in managing teams, including hiring and professional development
• Technical proficiency to guide teams in problem-solving
