Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the organizational and technical direction of the team

- Nurture a culture of technical quality from design to production
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of engineering management experience, with 9+ years of relevant software development industry experience
- Experience leading a team that is on-call for production systems
- Passion for efficiency, availability, technical quality, and system quality
- Must live in a state where the company has a registered entity
- Eligible to work in the US
