Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Process Manager to lead the deployment of Software Development Life Cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain SDLC processes, artifacts, and standards
- Ensure documentation and standardization of engineering processes across the organization
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering
- Hands-on experience in software development or IT development
- Deep understanding of SDLC phases and system design principles
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and practices
