Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to oversee both hands-on technical work and strategic leadership in software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Technical Delivery: Build MVPs, run PoCs, and prototype solutions
- Hands-On Coding: Develop high-quality software solutions and data pipelines
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the technology roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development (Python, Java, .NET, etc.)
- Expertise in AI, data, and ML with experience in building models and analytics tools
- Proven ability to deliver MVPs and PoCs efficiently
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
