Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Tech Lead to coordinate technical aspects of development and guide a team in building software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentors engineers and reviews their work to ensure alignment with technical standards
- Sets the technical direction and defines implementation strategies for software solutions
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and build features that align with product vision
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect, proficient in Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, BASH, and AWS
- Experience leading teams in software, site reliability, data, and testing engineering
- Deep understanding of application and system architecture
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Node.js, Python, or Java
- BS/MS/MEng in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field is highly desired
