Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor I to guide prospective students through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via phone, text, and email to facilitate their enrollment journey
• Document interactions and manage the Inquiry to Enrollment admissions process using Salesforce
• Provide accurate information regarding programs and admission requirements to assist students in decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a team environment and familiarity with call center software
• Proficiency in using technology and managing multiple systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, fast-paced environment
• Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the role
