Enrollment Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enrollment Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Enrollment team to meet departmental goals and standards
• Oversee enrollment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational efficiency
• Manage daily operations, resource allocation, and performance data analysis for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership/management experience is required
• Three to five (3-5) years of enrollment/reconciliation/call center experience is required
• Strong understanding of health plan enrollment processes is preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements is preferred
