Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex enrollment cases, including transfers, withdrawals, and payment inquiries
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve inquiries and enhance enrollment workflows
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems while providing excellent service to partners and clients
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Background in order management or customer service operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students and colleagues
